A better question is what isn't it? A crumbfull is bliss. A crumbfull is joy. A crumbfull is a tiny bite of magic. A crumbfull is all your dreams come true... it's world peace... it's nirvana. Okay, maybe I'm getting a bit carried a way. But, a crumbfull is one damn fine confectionery treat if I do say so myself, and I do!
We start with a simple cookie. So sweet. Perfect and innocent. Then we toss it into a food processor with a bunch of it's cookie buddies. Muwahahahaha! Once those cookies are pulverized into crumbs we mix it with what we call a "binder". That doesn't sound delicious at all but believe me, it is. A binder can be butter cream or peanut butter, or jam or cream cheese icing or any of the deliciously sticky glues in our arsenal. They perform the essential job of making those cookie crumbs stick together and enabling us to form the smooth perfect little balls that are the core of our tasty treats.
Now it's time for those naked centers to get dressed. We en-robe them in the perfect coating to complement the smooth filling. Usually milk, white or dark chocolate. Sometimes there's a sneaky little flavoring in the coating too. But that's not all. Now that they are dressed, they need to accessorize! Each crumbfull gets topped with a coordinating "jangle". It could be nuts, it could be sprinkles, it could be chocolate chips... the possibilities are endless.
That's it. Crumbs, Binder, Coating, Jangles. Together you've got a little bite of heaven that's not quite a cookie... and not quite a truffle... but something exceedingly special. It's a crumbfull. Enjoy!

We Don't Make Cake Pops
Posted by
JT
You feel that little nip in the air. Sigh! That means it's nearly Crumbfull season! Well, every season is Crumbfull season if you ask us but it seems that people only want to buy them when the weather gets chilly.
That is just fine by us but before the Crumbfull season is in full-swing, we wanted to take a moment to clear something up.
We don't make Cake Pops.
"Oh, I know a bakery that makes those except they put them on sticks."
or
"My friend made those for her daughter's party!"
If we had a dollar for every time someone said that, we wouldn't have to make Crumbfulls.

What is the difference you say? Well, the first clue is in the name of the products. We make "Cookie Crumbfulls" and everyone else makes "Cake Pops". It doesn't take a rocket scientist to suss out that ours are made out of COOKIES.
Secondly, our treats don't have sticks (usually). We do make Crumbfull Pops on occasion but for the most part, our tasty little darlings are essentially truffles. Would you put a Godiva Truffle on a stick. We don't think so.
Thirdly, Cookie Crumbfulls are unique. We can't say that nobody else makes them but hardly anyone else does. Nobody makes the flavors we make and, if they did, they certainly wouldn't be made with as much loving care as we make ours.
There's nothing wrong with a cake pop. In fact, they are quite delicious but for some reason our little guys take it rather personally when someone mistakes them for a cake pop. Last time they overheard someone say that they were QUITE difficult to work with! They were all crumbly and the chocolate seized right up. What can we say, they are sensitive.
So, we beg you, please don't confuse Cookie Crumbfulls for cake pops. If can't quite remember how much more delicious they are then cake pops, you can solve that problem today by placing an order. ;)

Cones That Won't Melt!
Posted by
JT
Each tiny little wafer cone is jam-packed with soft, sweet Crumbfull filling, then topped with a "scoop", coated in milk, dark or white chocolate and dressed-up with jangles (you might call them sprinkles).
Just look at them! Aren't they SWEET?!
Available in the following "classic" ice cream flavors:
Death By Chocolate, Vanilla and Pistachio
Each one of these little cuties is 1.5 oz (3x the weight of a standard-issue Crumbfull).
They come individually wrapped for $2 each or a 1/2 dozen for $10.
Forget the swimsuit!
Kick the summer off with Crumbfull Cones!

What's Better Than a Pot of Gold at the End of The Rainbow?
Posted by
JT
After centuries of hiding a pot of gold at the end of the rainbow, those rascally little leprechauns have actually found something more enticing. That's right! they spent all their gold on St. Patrick's Day Crumbfulls and are now hiding THOSE at the end of the rainbow!
But, not to worry! You don't have to try to catch a leprechaun to get the Crumbfulls. You can just order them with your own gold (although we prefer paper money).
St. Patrick's Day flavors include Pistachio, Key Lime and Chocolate Mint. Single Flavor Sleeves ($5), Assorted Sleeves ($5) or by the dozen ($10). Place your orders before 3/11 for St. Patrick's Day delivery.

Going In To Business Sale!
Posted by
JT
You are probably thinking, "Aren't you already IN business?"
Well, yes.
However we are trying to get licensing so that we can put Crumbfulls for sale at some local resellers.
Licenses are pricey and, as delicious as these little babies are, we aren't millionaires yet. Hard to believe, right?!?!?
So this is our pity party and you are invited! We are selling $5 sleeves of 5 Crumbfulls. Single flavor or assorted. They are Just perfect for stocking stuffers or teacher gifts.
Our featured flavors include Sympathy S'Mores, Chip-In Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough, Pathetic Pistachio, Pity Peanut Butter Pretzel, Compassion Cookies & Cream and Charity Chocolate Peanut Butter.* We also have Lamenting Lemon Bar but those can only be in single flavor sleeves because, though yummy, they tend to stink up the other Crumbfulls.
Please get your orders in by Monday December 13th so we can have them made and delivered to you in time for the holidays!
*Flavors subject to availability and time of order.

Happy Birthday To My Baby Cousin!
Posted by
JT
My cousin is such a good kid! All his life, he's been like a little brother to me. Every year, for his birthday, I bake him whatever he wants!
This year, he asked for Funfetti Crumbfulls.
How could I say no to that little face!
These colorful little guys are as sweet as he is! Happy 30th Birthday, Anthony! Enjoy them!

Spooktacularly Good Halloween Treats
Posted by
JT
The temperature is dropping. The kids are back in school. The leaves are changing. The stores are stocking Christmas decorations. That can only mean one thing... it's almost time for Halloween!!!
Don't waste precious calories eating the same-old, boring Halloween Candy. Save that stuff for the rotten kids who come to your door without putting any effort into their costumes or always forget to say "Thank You". For the costumed cuties you really like (and for yourself) stock up on some homemade Crumbfulls.
As always, you can order any of our popular flavors, any time, by the dozen. However we are featuring some extra-special spooky treats that will delight you favorite goblins this year!
Order a Haunted Crumbfull Arrangement with 3 Crumbfull Pops and 3 Ghost Pretzel Rods (or 6 Crumbfull Pops) for $8 each. Or, order a decorated one-dozen box for the same price! Either a two-dozen box or two one-dozen boxes is only $15!
Featuring:
Peanut Butter Pumpkins, Cookie Dough Eyeballs and Marshmallow Cookie Spider Webs.

Cash, Check or PayPal. Please get your orders in online or at crumbfulls@gmail.com by no later than Thursday 10/21.

Crumbfulls Gone Wild
Posted by
JT
I had to host a WILD party this weekend. Things got pretty CRAZY, if you know what I mean? Yup. It was a 4-year-old boy's birthday party so if you have kids, you do know what I mean! Twenty (give or take) preschoolers and "crazy" just about sums it up!
I can't believe my little man is 4!
We had a Jungle themed party and in addition to the "Chocolate Lion" and "Strawberry Zebra" cakes I had to whip up for his royal highness, he wanted some Crumbfulls.
What better way to compliment a jungle them than with "animal print" Crumbfulls?

The flavors were wild too because in the pre-party craziness (did I mention twenty kids and their parents?) I went with an unlabeled assortment. It was anybody's guess if you were getting a Lemon, Key Lime, Strawberry Shortcake or Mint. They are all winners so there really was no bad choice!
Stay tuned for Halloween-Themed Crumbfulls. Pre-order by the dozen (choose your flavor) right now! Do eyeballs, pumpkins and spider webs sound as yummy to you as they do to me?

Here Comes The Bride (and groom) Crumbfulls!
Posted by
JT
Love is sweet! Candy is sweeter!
This weekend we made Bridal Shower Favors.
The theme was Black & White. One black and one white Crumbfull all nestled in a clear box with a black and white striped ribbon and a cute little hang tag. At $2.50 each, we think the price is sweet, too.
The "groom" Crumbfull was Peanut Butter Cookie with Dark Chocolate Coating and Sparkling Sugar. The "bride" Crumbfull was Cookies and Cream with White Chocolate Coating and Sparkling Sugar. We are told that those are favorite flavors of the bride and groom so we really hope they liked them!!!!
Consider Perfections, Gourmet Confections for favors for your next event. (Platters, too!)

Drunkfulls
Posted by

It's summer. It's hot.
What's more refreshing on a hot summer day than an ice cold Margarita or Strawberry Daiquiri?
I'll tell you what.
A Margarita or Strawberry Daiquiri Drunkfull!
Right about now you are probably thinking, what the HELL is a Drunkfull?
Well, a Drunkfull is a Crumbfull that likes to party!

Strawberry Daiquiri and Margarita flavors meet vanilla cookie and are covered in white chocolate. The Margarita one has salt on top.
Now, here's the bad news.
We can't sell them too you.
:(
We know.
We're sorry.
However, we DO make virgin versions and who's to say what you do with them or what type of beverage you pair them with!

Crumbfull Cones - - - The Cones That Won't Melt!*
Posted by
JT
Just in time for summer, we'd like to introduce you to Crumbfull Cones! Each tiny little wafer cone is jam-packed with soft, sweet Crumbfull filling, then topped with a "scoop", coated in milk, dark or white chocolate and dressed-up with jangles (you might call them sprinkles).
Just look at them! Aren't they SWEET?!
Available in the following "classic" ice cream** flavors:
- Chocolate (not pictured): Chocolate Cookie Crumb Center, Dark Chocolate Coating, Chocolate Sprinkles
- Vanilla: Vanilla Cookie Crumb Center, White Chocolate Coating, Rainbow Jangles
- Strawberry: Strawberry Cookie Crumb Center, Milk Chocolate Coating, Rainbow Nonpareils
Each one of these little cuties is 1.5 oz (3x the weight of a standard-issue Crumbfull). And when we say the cones*** are filled, they are FILLED. Look. See all that sweet creamy pink filling? That's just the tip of the ice-creamburg. HAHAHA! Ice-creamburg!!!
Pricing
Crumbfull Cones are available for a limited time!
They come individually wrapped for $2 each or a 1/2 dozen package for $8.We told you we were working on something special!
Forget the swimsuit!
Kick the summer off with Crumbfull Cones!
____________________________________
*Please don't get crazy with the "won't melt" tagline! They are chocolate after all! Don't leave them out on a 90 degree day! We just mean they won't melt as fast as ice cream.
**Crumbfull Cones are not ACTUALLY ice cream. They just look like them and come in classic ice cream flavors.
*** These are TINY cones. 1.5 ounce capacity. They are not full-sized ice cream cones. Believe us, it's for your own good. If you ate a full-sized ice cream cone full of Crumbfulls, you'd be sorry!!!

Don't Worry!

Hello All!
You haven't heard from us since Mother's Day so we didn't want you to worry.
Don't Worry! We are still here. We figured everyone is probably worried about looking good in a swim suit these days and have been working on a fat and calorie free Crumbfull.

ARE YOU EXCITED!?!??!?!
Well, don't be! We quickly decided that would be nigh impossible and have decided, instead, to work on something so irresistibly special that you won't care about fat or calories.
Swimsuit, what swim suit?!?
Stay tuned.
And in the meantime, save up your calories.
:)

How Is A Mother Like A Crumbfull?
Posted by
JT
Mother's Day is right around the corner. We'd like to take a moment to answer the question "How Is A Mother Like A Crumbfull?"
- They seem to be hard outside but sometimes they need to be firm.
- The fact is, they are soft and sweet inside.
- They can instantly make you smile.
- If you hold them for a long time, they'll melt.
- They don't make a big fuss about how special they are, but THEY ARE!
- There never seems to be enough to go around.
- You'll miss them when they're not around.
- You're always happy when they are back.
- Kids love them.
- As a matter of fact, everyone does!
This Mother's Day we have special packaging available in one ($8) and two ($15) dozen containers. We also have 1/2 Dozen Crumbfull Bouquets available ($7).
Crumbfulls are made BY MOMS - FOR MOMS!
HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY!!!!!

We're Sorry!
Posted by
JT
To whomever tried our Cookies & Cream Crumbfulls in the past, we are terribly sorry. Although they were undoubtedly delicious, they weren't exciting or inventive. We really have no excuse other than to say if our brilliance came all at once, our brains would likely explode. We are thankful that it comes in waves, for our own good. All that genius in one fell swoop would surely be hazardous to our health!
Our original Cookies & Cream was fine. White Chocolate on the outside. Chocolate Sandwich Cookie inside. Chocolate jangles on top. Cute. But really, that's not Cookies & Cream. It's more cookies adjacent to cream. They are separate. Not integrated. Good, not great. Any schmo could make those.
Enter our newest Crumbfull. ULTIMATE Cookies & Cream. There are crumbs on the inside. There are crumbs in the coating. Every bit of this teeny treat is jam packed with crumbs.
That's fine for the "cookie" part but what about the cream. Boy - oh - boy is it creamy! Cream white chocolate outside and a smooth creamy center.
What would Cookies & Cream be without big CHUNKS of Chocolate Sandwich Cookie? Nothing, I say! Nothing at all! Check out the inside of this baby!

Please forgive us. We are such nice peope.

A Message In Your Crumbfulls!
Posted by
JT
Much like their makers, Crumbfulls have a lot to say. It's tough for the little guys to get the message across, what with them being tiny inanimate candies and all. But still. They have a "write" to be heard. (Get it?!? WRITE!?!? --- sigh.)
Enter Crumbfull Messages!!!
Each little morsel bears a letter on it. They come all jumbled up in a package and the recipient gets a word map to help sort out the scramble. It's best to keep the message simple. A long diatribe would cost a fortune and give the recipient SERIOUS sugar overload.
I sent a very special Crumbfull Message to my Goddaughter, Meaghan who's sweeter than any Crumbfull I have ever made. Check out the pictures of her unscrambling her secret message.

"What?!?! There's A Message In My Crumbfulls?!?"
Almost Got It!
There! It says Happy Birthday, Meaghan!
Happy Birthday, Sweet Girl!
Wish we could be there with you.
P.S.
They are your Crumbfulls and you don't have to share them if you don't want to!

Crumbfull, Crumbfull, Crumbfull

My husband is a Crumbfull hater. Okay, maybe "hater" is too strong of a word. He certainly manages to eat enough of them but whenever I say the word Crumbfull he rolls his eyes. He lives in fear that I will never make another dessert again as long as I live. I also think he might be a little concerned about his waist-line. I told him that I have a solution for the latter. He now has to pay for them. :)
He says I sound like Papa Smurf, only instead of using the word "smurf" for everything, it's "Crumbfull". He's kinda right. Put me and my partner in a room together and it's like we're speaking another language. It's "crumbfull this" and "packaging that" and "flavoring" and "jangles" and "chocolate" and "labeling" and "crumbfull, crumbfull, crumbfull". I'm sure it can get tiresome for anyone who isn't ... well... "us".
But here's the thing. Don't we sort of HAVE to be like this? It's called "passion". If we weren't all about what we're trying to do, we wouldn't be very good at it, would we? We wouldn't have the desire or the drive to make it happen. If I was like, "Eh, I might try to out that new flavor one of these days, if I feel like it." I really don't think we'd get this off the ground.
It's a good thing I know how to ignore him. I've already told him that he will not be sharing in my Crumbfulls fortune when I've got my diamond-encrusted crumbfull ring and Nancy and I are on the food network. When we do the talk show circuit and Rachel asks me, "Wow! Mother of two? Full-time job? How did you manage to get 'Crumbfulls' off the ground?" instead of the expected reply, which would be "I couldn't have done it without the unending support of my loving spouse." I will reply "I some how managed to do it with the complete lack of support from my husband. He was sick of hearing the word 'Crumbfull' after the first month and grew exasperated whenever I had to take the time to make them."
I warned him I was going to OUT him on the Crumbfulls blog. I shouldn't give him too much of a hard time though. He's just not as skilled at pretending to listen as I am. At least he's honest. And just when I think he hasn't been paying attention, he'll tell me that he found out something Crumbfull-related for me that I'd been wondering about. Maybe he's not so bad after all.
(Love you, babe)
